Dr. Jianhua Yang received his Ph.D. degree in immunology at the University of Texas-Houston in 2000. He did his postdoc at the Baylor College of Medicine. He began his independent research program as a tenure track assistant professor at the Baylor College of Medicine in 2002 where his group is interested in the identification of novel therapeutic targets for neuroblastoma, a devastating pediatric cancer. He has published several papers as the first author in Nature Genetics, Nature Immunology, Journal of Biological Chemistry, etc.
